Corporate Lender

- Rochester, MN

This full-time position will develop, expand and service personal financial relationships through a professional sales effort. This position has a primary focus for new client acquisitions as well as relationship management responsibilities. This is an experienced level lending role whose clients expect their banker to provide high quality financial information and personal service. Position must be able to balance corporate lending role with retail banking needs at the branch level.

Qualifications include Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, minimum of two-years experience in financial services industry, knowledge in all consumer and business products including operations, loan policies and procedures, ability to prospect and negotiate fair service/loan pricing, and must have strong sales and service orientations.

Mortgage Lending Resource Specialist

- Rochester, MN

This full-time position will assist with all support functions of mortgage lending. This may include ordering appraisals, title work, flood determinations, credit reports, clearing underwriting conditions, and other services required to complete a mortgage loan. The position will involve accurate data entry and accurate loan document creation. The Specialist will also be responsible for a variety of compliance related tasks. Mortgage lending experience is preferred but not required.
